Hirame is back

The ban on Hirame has been lifted.  This delicious white fish is available again for sashimi in Shin Hinomoto..Fluke, hirame, either way a great fish

Fish orders

Andy is accepting fish orders up until the 21st of December.  If you have any special things you would like to order, please send an email and Andy will see what he can do.  Be warned.. the prices rise the closer to the end of the year...

Hokkaido scallops

Hokkaido scallops - always delicious.  The size has been somewhat smaller (a lot smaller) in the last year but to Andy's surprise.. they're back!  In fact.. he bought them all.  Enjoy the scallops in the restaurant or at home (simply seared..)
