All Andys Fish's orders will be packed in the Tsukiji Distribution Center in individual packages and sent to you packed in ice. Since February 2011, Andy introduced a re-usable cooler bag to try and reduce the styrofoam mountain at Tsukiji Market

Each package is date stamped. The stamp on the left side is the date packaged. The stamp on the right side is the Recommended Use By Date. All fish can be frozen and used at a later date. |
