It's a bit hard to find John Dory at the moment

It's a bit hard to find John Dory at the moment but Hirame or fluke is a great substitute. Either/or will be available on the menu and for home delivery.

Lots of tasty fish coming in season in the coming weeks. Fresh cod - anyway and as you like it!
