2015 - Here we go!

Happy New Year!  Hmmmm… Year of the Sheep.  Naaah.  Let’s stick with the fish.

Supplies and prices seem to be stabilising after the chaos of New Years.

Still waiting for the Hokkaido scallops to come back to a reasonable price, but all your favourites are available so far.

King crab is pretty much unavailable from Hokkaido and Russia due to the crazy weather.  Lots of Alaskan crab to take its place but the weakness of the yen has made the price a little crazy.
